If you are ordering one of our Logs in Boxes products, these are are delivered by DPD on a next working day service. You will receive a text on the morning of delivery with a 1 hour timeslot.

ORDER BEFORE 12PM
If you order before 12pm, your order will be delivered the next working day Monday – Friday.

ORDERS AFTER 12PM
Orders after 12pm will be processed for delivery the day after.

If you are not going to be at home, DPD will send you an email and will allow you to designate a safeplace for delivery, an option to pick another date for delivery or to allow your neighbour to accept delivery or deliver to a parcel shop. Please do not request DPD to leave your items in a safe place unless it’s protected from the rain. Your items need to be kept dry at all times.

Please note: Where an order is returned because DPD was unable to deliver, either due to incorrect address details being provided, you as the recipients being absent but not providing an alternative delivery option or requesting delivery to a parcel shop then failing to collect, we will issue a refund for the value of the goods minus a £9.50 return fee.
